Bailey Dumea is a distinguished legal professional with a robust background in both academic and practical aspects of the law. She began her academic journey at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas, where she graduated with honors from the prestigious Guy D. Newman Honors Academy. Bailey earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science, focusing on Jurisprudence, and completed a minor in Psychology.
Pursuing her passion for law, Bailey attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2019. During her time there, she also achieved a Certificate in Indian Law, further expanding her expertise in this specialized legal field.
Licensed by the State Bar of New Mexico, Bailey has gained over two years of experience as a criminal prosecutor for the Three Affiliated Tribes in North Dakota and the 5th Judicial District of New Mexico. Her prosecutorial work has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of criminal law and its application across state, federal, and tribal jurisdictions.
Currently, Bailey serves as an Associate Attorney at Ragsdale Law Firm, where she brings her extensive legal knowledge and prosecutorial experience to benefit her clients.
